职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Customers
？ Lead and manage the project implementation in China
？ Actively support the definition and implementation of operational processes for supply chain solutions
？ Demonstrate YCH’s Value in every engagement with the customers
？ Contribute to the customer presentations and advice on areas such as solutions, implementation and operational processes
Internal Staffs
？ Lead the group of Functional Department in their day to day activities in delivering YCH’s Value and completing project delivery on time on budget
？ Actively manage and develop the China Project Management team according to the Corporate Operating Model and PM Strategy
？ Pro-actively advise the China Head of Project Management on Risk Management and their mitigation plans
Hardware & Software vendors
？ Actively managed vendors’ delivery within the context of the projects
？ Ensure the vendors delivers the systems per signed off specification including extensive testing and proper implementation
？ Ensure the right spec product is bought against the right price, delivered and in operation as per timeline with the right after sales support
Local Management Team
？ Actively working closely with the China teams throughout the lifecycle, from pre sales to implementation
？ Ensure timely, smooth and successful implementations and handover to operations
？ Ensure that project delivery met the agreed requirements and objectives with the correct sign-offs from each involved parties
？ Actively provide lesson learnt to continuously improved the overall PM processes

Functional Department
？ Point of contact for assigned all projects
？ Lead, develop and manage the China Project Management team capability and capacity / resource planning

People Management:
？ Build project team, identify and motivate team to excel in systems implementations
？ Mentor other project managers and staff as needed regarding professional development and career path
？ Inform team of opportunities for professional education and certification programs
？ Provide proper coaching to the other colleagues as and when opportunity arises (or needed)

Requirements:
？ Strong project management skills (PMP certified is a must)
？ Great Communication and Presentation skills (English and Cantonese is a must, Mandarin is an advantage)
？ Experience in the Supply Chain industry
？ Team management and communication skills
？ Analytical and logical analysis skills
？ Problem solving competency
？ Effective customer management
？ Experience in planning major projects, including development of project proposals, business cases, project schedules, financial justification, etc.
？ Education – Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant business or technical subject. (E.g., Logistics, Project Mgmt, Industrial Eng.) = Essential 举报 分享
