Key Responsibilities
? You will go all in and do your absolute best. Together with your colleagues you will execute strategies to reach the business objectives of your team.
? You will steer your career. Your core support team will empower you to be the captain of your career on the journey of personal growth.
Further, as a Management Trainee in Implementation function, North and Central China Area, you will:
- Be responsible for new customer implementation for the annual contribution margin below USD 100K wins, and assist regional implementation team for those above USD 100K wins in line with the global Damco Implementation Standard, to ensure smooth transition of business to Damco operation team and knowledge/experience transfer.
- Work closely with the account teams (who manage the customers and bring in new business) and product teams, programme and customer service managers, operation managers in order to ensure 100% successful on-boarding of new/additional business according to business requirements and success criteria established.
- Holds functional role in a matrix organization as PRNC operations to cover Sea Freight, Air Freight and other products.

? Master’s level education in Business or other relevant discipline with a maximum of 3 years’ work experience after graduation, in parallel with education or between degrees.

? Strong desire to pursue a long-term career in transport and logistics.
