职位描述:
1. Assume responsibility of daily operations in assigned outlet to ensure a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel

2. Actively support the Quality Improvement Process.

3. Assist in working toward positive financial results.

OPERATIONS运营
1. Open and close shift in accordance with the manager checklist.
根据经理检查表检查部门的开档和收档工作。
2. Initiate aggressive guest interaction through seeking and soliciting feedback from guests.
主动与客人交流以获得客人的真实反馈意见。
3. Train, maintain updating and enforce all Marriott service standards in the outlet.
培训、保持,更新并加强万豪所有的服务标准。
4. Properly execute revenue and check control procedures on shift.
确保部门执行正确的财务帐单程序。
5. Handle daily associate relations (i.e. scheduling, time adjustments).
负责每天的员工事务。(如时间表的调整)
6. Maintain a safe & sanitary work environment for all associate & guests.
确保工作场地的清洁和安全。
7. Gather and implement all proper tools for running shifts (i.e. schedules, floor plans, reservations, and checks).
为部门的运作提供相应的资源。(例如表格、台图、帐单等等)
8. Find solutions for problems such as call outs, last minute bookings, or any other daily problems that may arise.
解决临时发生的事情,例如电话通知的工作,最后时刻的预定和其他可能发生的问题。
9. Conduct taste panels and menu classes on a daily basis for restaurant.
每天负责品餐饮评定和为当天准备相应的菜单/饮料单。
10. Be on the floor during the shift and assist servers or hostess to ensure guests are satisfied.
营业时间要在现场,协助服务人员工作确保顾客满意。
11. Ensure that only a quality product is served.
确保只有质量合格的产品才能提供给客人。
12. Ensure all side work is done on a daily basis.
每天确保各项杂务工作得到落实。
13. Maintain proper associate uniform standards.
保证员工着装达到标准。
14. Manage an effective repair and maintenance program through the use of work orders, inspections, etc.
通过检查表格确保维修保养工作得以正常进行。
15. Understand & teach empowerment principles to ensure guest satisfaction.
为确保顾客满意,理解和向其他员工讲解我们的工作原则。
16. Exercise station rotation to ensure stations are distributed fairly.
按轮换原则安排客人就座,以使得安排公平合理。
17. Be aware of all Marriott Guest Incentive programs and the correct accounting procedures pertaining to them.
了解万豪所有的顾客奖励计划和与其相关的正确计算程序。
18. Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our associates to excel.

1. Implement an effective training program for new and current associates using use records, menus, and appropriate reference manuals.

1. Communicate directly and/or through the use of the logbook to next shift supervisor or manager.

2. Identify and recommend incentive programs, new ideas, and methods of operation.

3. Promote positive inter-department relations.

4. Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.

任职要求:
1. Minimum of three years of food service or related hospitality management experience.
三年以上饮食业及相关管理经验。
2. Demonstrated leadership qualities. 具有一定程度的领导能力。
3. Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication skills. 较好的社交能力
4. Demonstrated strong work ethic. 具有职业道德。
? Minimum 3 years experience working in the similar position of a sizeable organization至少3年的相似工作经验,具有一定的组织能力
? Good command of Written and Spoken Mandarin流利的普通话
? Good knowledge of Conversational English流利的英语
? Secondary education中等教育水平
