职位描述：
PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Under the guidance of the M&E Leader, the Electrical Engineer is in charge of plant equipment and instrument control and maintenance to ensure smooth production; enhancing equipment reliability and performance; supporting facility and manufacturing related control systems，troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies; involving in process improvement projects，etc.

Reports to: M&E Leader, Tianjin Plant


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities

Metrics
? Implement a personal safety action plan and review with leader.
? Lead Electrician team with vision of zero injuries.
? Adhere to EHS requirements when implementing new processes.

2. Ensure smooth equipment and facility running to support production and plant operation
? Develop and implement the most appropriate maintenance program to maintain the best operating condition of manufacturing process.
? Develop and drive scheduled maintenance to ensure minimum machine downtime. This includes “Preventive & Predictive & Corrective” maintenance and maintaining maintenance records and maintenance cost control.
? Analyze failure mode of machine downtime and implement corrective & preventive actions.
? Coordinate the use of outside services for special or more complex maintenance and manage outside contractors.
? Analyze, develop and implement the optimized utility process for stability, high quality and low cost of utilities.
? Develop and review maintenance schedules for all utility equipment like air compressors, chillers, boilers, cooling water system and electric power components, and etc.
? Participates in TPM productivity/process improvement projects.
? Performs other related duties as required and assigned

3. Team Leadership
? Ensuring proper M&E procedures are in place.
? Develop maintenance team’s functional knowledge, ability and skills.
? Work with maintenance and production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree in Automation and Electrical Engineering or related

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
? Intermediate level of English is essential
? Highly responsible and self-motivated
? Team player with good communication skills
? Product & Process Knowledge
? Good knowledge in automation and electrical design and engineering
? Excellent Computer Skills
? Ability to lead projects and develop project plans
? Good experience in equipment and facility maintenance
? Strong analysis and problem solving ability;
? English oral/written communication skills
? Ability to organize and lead multi-functional teams to achieve objectives
