职位描述：
Marketing and sales supervisor
Job Description:
1. Investigate and forecast the market information. Collect/Analyze/Investigate customer information. Achieve goal by using marketing related information
2. Provide evidence to decision making. Transfer marketing investigation information to future R&D goal by reasonable analysis. Find the opportunities in market.
3. Be responsible for JV customers new market and new project developing
4. Make annual/quarter/month marketing and expense plan according to company goal
5. Develop new customer and cultivate potential customers, in order to improve company’s market positon and size
6. Organize audit meeting with related departments on customers’ materials (such as RFQ/SOR/draft/sample/technical materials) in order to meet customers’ needs
7. Pricing on new product with reference of customers’ requirement and internal costing method
8. Organizing audit meeting on contract with related departments before contract signing with customers
9. Program management on the whole R&D process of new product until SOP
10. Be responsible of BD department daily management and expense plan/control
11. Other duties the manager may assign
Requirements:
1. Marketing/Tooling/Automobile related bachelor degree or above
2. Two years or above experience of marketing or related with automobile background, prefer MNC experience
3. Strong market senses, get to know the market
4. Skilled in computer and office （EXCEL/PPT/WORD）
5. Fluently in English listening/speaking/reading/writing, CET-6
6. High passion on work, good team work spirit
7. Strong responsibility and executive ability
