职位描述：
职位：人力资源经理 HR Manager

工作汇报：
人力资源经理将直接向工业与设施事业部大中华区区域人力资源总监汇报 (Regional HR Director, Greater China), 间接向业务负责人汇报 (Business Head at VP level).

工作地点：北京

岗位职责：
1. 作为区域业务和人力资源业务伙伴，为业务发展战略、流程及相关业务服务提供支持，帮助业务部门管理人员识别并解决当前存在及潜在的人员问题。
2. 通过与业务部门管理人员及区域人力资源经理就人才管理/继任计划及内部人才流动等方面紧密合作，并确保培训项目和个人发展计划的有效实施。
3. 积极参与人力规划，并确保招聘到合适人才以满足人力资源战略的需求。
4. 辅助所负责业务部门的绩效管理及员工敬业度管理。
5. 与业务部门管理团队和人力资源中心团队维持富有成效和建设性的良好关系。
6. 通过与人力资源中心团队的配合，确保人力资源的相关方针政策、流程、活动、项目及劳动法相关事务的贯彻落实，为业务部门管理人员提供人力资源事务的咨询服务。
7. 密切关注整个劳动力市场的变化，必要时与业务部门管理人员和大中华区区域人力资源经理达成一致后采取相关的行动措施。


任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，身体康健，心态积极向上。
2. 10年以上人力资源管理工作经验，至少最近3年在跨国企业担任人力资源管理岗位。
3. 亲和力佳，沟通协调能力强，良好的抗压性，善于整合资源驱动目标的达成，出色的多任务、多角色平衡能力。
4. 熟悉人力资源战略规划、招聘与配置、薪酬福利、绩效考核、培训与发展、职业生涯规划等管理办法、流程及规定，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策。
5. 工作细致严谨，具有良好的职业道德操守。
6. 熟悉计算机办公软件，能将英语作为工作语言。 举报 分享

Founded in year 2001 in Shanghai, Industry and Facilities (I&F) Division is one of the four operation platforms of Bureau Veritas in China. It provides conformity assessment and technical consulting services related with QHSE and Social Responsibility to domestic and foreign companies, from small to very large ones in the fields of industry, construction, and management systems, aiming at creating added value for clients through assistance in risk management and performance optimization.
