职位描述

Position Identification

Position Title: Buyer – Raw Material	Location: JiaXing city, Zhejiang, China
Department: Purchase Dept.

2. Purpose of Position

Do the routine to keep raw material especially the coil material in safety for daily production operating.
Work for supply improvement and cost-effective.

3. Organization Context

Position of Supervisor : Senior Purchaser
Subordinates: Non

4. Key Accountabilities

· Twice a day to pick up raw material information from SAP system. Do routine to procure manufacturing raw materials on site on time to meet production operations day to day.

· Keep SAP system accurate and integrate anytime in respect of information of raw material, vendor and purchase orders.

· Understand to use and well maintain for the Purchase Tools, such as Pricing, PO checklist, B & NB report, bulk delivery planning, etc.

· Work with internal CUSTOMERS, including but not limited to R&D, Production, Logistics, HSE and Warehouse, and the Suppliers to develop new source and supply improvement.

· Assist to evaluate suppliers through methods such as, supplier visitations, QMS/EMS on-site audit, and various performance measurements including risk assessments, on-time in full delivery (OTIF), pricing evaluation, etc.

· Evaluate raw materials potential risk by using assigned tools.

· As part of purchase team, work for the team’s objective achievement.

· Other works assigned if any.

Non-conformance on implementation of HSE and QMS policy & procedures

8. Degree of Autonomy

With guidance of purchasing manager to take relevant responsibilities.

9. Job-holder Qualification Requirements

Education required: University degree or above with major of Chemical industrial..
Computer skills required: familiar with Word & Spreadsheet processing, and work experience of ERP.
Work experience required: 2+ years experience in manufacturing environment for procurement of chemical raw materials and service.
Strong written and oral communication skills required. Be able to provide presentations and reporting to senior staff and suppliers.
Good communication skill and team work spirit.
Be able to word under overload
