职位描述
(A) Purpose of the Position: Briefly describe (in one or two sentences) the position's purpose or role.
- Develop new product and support mass production, and project management.
- Perform reliable,cost effective, innovative design on mechanical components or sub-systems of electrical products; Delivery design solution in time consider the quickly change of marketing change.
- Mentoring & coaching engineer both in self-directed learning and development.
(B) Duties and Responsibilities: Identify the essential functions or accountabilities of the job in order of importance. Show what percentage of the job accounts for each major activity.
1. Planning new projects for company, and manage the new projects from kick off to Mass production.
2. Develop new Electrical products, lead-in mass production, and manage R&D related documentations
3. Support production line for mass production released project.
4. Support UK side for the project extra instruction.
5. Review the delivery of engineer's design, provide suggestion on optimize and cost down., Mentoring & coaching engineer to improve capacity and maturity.
(C) HSEMS and QS Compliance
1. Familiar to ISO system.
D) Qualification Requirements
1. Degree of bachelor (major) of mechanical relevant specialty
2. Good command of Microsoft office, Pro/E.
3. Intermediate level of English communication skill both Reading and writing.
4. Wall Switch, Socket or similar product working experience is preferred.
