Manufacture Engineer

Description of position duties / responsibilities and major activities performed:

1. Responsible for the new product input project management;

2. Provide technical support for the new project; drawing check and technical communicate with supplier; make the relative document such as SOP, WI, and Flowchart etc.

3. Provide technical support for inspecting fixture and assembly fixture and assembly process;

4. Analyze the failure, find the root cause, and work with the relative team members to solve the problem in assembly;

5. Implement the lean & VAVE project in product component or assembly process;

6. Take part in the supplier improve program.

Qualifications (Education, Knowledge & Skills, Experience, Personal Characteristics, Special Needs):

Essential / Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical relevant, CET-4+

2. Related >5 years’ working experience;

3. Prior in project management experience and English.

4. Be familiar with the assembly process;

5. Be familiar with one of manufacture process eg. Stamping or injection or machining process etc.

6. Good analyzing, problem solving and communication skills;

7. Good at AutoCAD, FMEA and MS office;
