Position: Supply chain manager
Locations: Jiashan Zhejiang
Reports to: Plant manager



本岗位工作的基本目的 JOB PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Make sure the supply chain team all function running smoothly

岗位职责Responsibility:

？ To fully responsible for CSR, shipping, planning and warehouse departments;
？ To manager day to day order processing activities to ensure all orders are loaded into system and operation on an accurate and efficient manner;
？ To manage inventory include working-in-process, parts from suppliers through sufficient order management, material planning and production schedule;
？ Analyze material management performance include:
--Report material rotation and stock value by monthly basis
--Monthly review material master data and suggest material plan according to coming order information;
--Follow up with purchasing and supplier delivery performance by daily basis;
--Responsible for material balance control and data correction
--Standardize working procedure for material forecast;
--Follow and control material purchasing strategy for new products transfer;
？ Responsible for warehouse management include the 5S, standardize
--receiving / withdraw procedure and implementation based on finance and
--quality requirements; maintain system and data well updated;
？ Manager and improve the operation efficiency through capacity and
--manning plan study; utilization improvement, production schedule and
--material plan optimization, etc.
？ Optimize and standardize operational Key Performance Indicators data collection report so as to drive the improvement actions;
？ Customer complaints communication and collection; shipping& forwarder company management; internal and external rescheduling control and communication.
？ Develop organization and training peoples, performance management.
？ 确保遵守政府关于环境、职业健康、安全（EHS）方面的法律法规及公司的EHS 要求；
？ 对下属进行培训，确保其遵守环境，职业健康，安全方面的法律法规及公司的EHS 要求

技能素质要求SKILLS &COMPETENCIES

？ Minimum 3-5 years experience with similar management position in foreign investment company; preferably in high volume/ frequent change over required industries;
？ Fluent /proficiency in verbal and written English;
？ Bachelor degree or above;
？ Good in communication and interpersonal skills, flair for data analysis and
？ statistic;
