Position: Purchasing Supervisor
Locations: Jiashan Zhejiang
Reports to: General Manager

本岗位工作的基本目的 JOB PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Manage the Purchasing department.
Make sure the material delivery.
Make sure the vendor provide the qualify material
Make sure the material prices are full of competitions in market

岗位职责Responsibility:

？ Executes all facets of the purchasing function by seeking alternative sources of substitute materials,
minimizing costs, maintaining relationships with vendors, and analyzing market trends.
？ Provides an efficient and economical supply for raw materials, packaging materials, and technical
equipment, energy, capital and subcontract goods in order to achieve Business objectives and
maintain cost effectiveness.
？ Ensures all parts are received and properly inventoried
？ Participates in all purchasing contracts and may lead purchasing negotiations.
？ Recommends substitutes where a cost reduction or improve delivery will result.
？ Advises the Management on price and supply policy, giving effect to the final result.
？ Maintains liaison with other departments internally.
？ Other work arranged by the Manager
？ 确保遵守政府关于环境、职业健康、安全（EHS）方面的法律法规及公司的EHS 要求
？ 对下属进行培训，确保其遵守环境，职业健康，安全方面的法律法规及公司的EHS 要求


技能素质要求SKILLS &COMPETENCIES

？ Have more than 3 years experience of purchasing in Manufactory Company.
？ Get technology bachelor's degree or equivalent
？ Be familiarity with purchasing concepts and procedures, strong organisational skills,
？ Knowledge of National legislation of tariffs and trade is required.
？ Knowledge of fasten tool products and processes
？ Good negotiation skill, effectively communicate with co-workers and other professionals is essential.
？ Good English skills in both spoken and writing
？ Be willing to work under pressure and deadline
