Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Shanghai

Principal Accountabilities
1. BU ledger bookkeeping to ensure correct financial data of related cost centre, debit/credit notes issued timely & correctly, work with BU management team for BU annual budget preparation. 10%
2. BU/Function reporting to highlight budget /actual financial result analysis, ensure all report is in compliance with US/PRC GAAP and local tax rule, monitoring month end/quarter end and year end reporting submission before deadline and correctly. 30%
3. Assist accounting manager & BU management /commercial team to ensure proper internal controls related to financial reporting and accounting processes through understanding all BUs business module and trade flow to highlight key business impact factors of Bus. 10%
4. Prepare BS reconciliation to ensure all account balances are appropriately supported and properly stated and comply with policy 42. 10%
5. Provide financial support to share function.10%
6. Support annual statutory auditing and tax function for any analysis reporting for assigned BU. And work with BU to comply with PRC GAAP requirement and local tax requirement. 20%
7. Other ad-hoc tasks upon request. And lead a junior accountant to ensure her/his working performance meet with expectation as well as GAAP and Cargill policy. 10%

Education, Experience, Skills
1. Bachelor degree holder of accounting or finance
2. 3-5 years accounting experience, will be a plus with MNC/ 3 years big four audit firm experience
3. Good English communication skill.
4. Strong learning ability.
