Job Summary
The Associate manager is responsible to lead the team to implement Field HR processes in AEE HR and work with onshore team closely to support APAC different countries/entities HR business. This position is expected to supervise team to achieve priorities, set up close relationship with key stakeholders, identify opportunities of process improvement, and engage team to keep high performance delivered.
Key Responsibilities
The Associate manager will be responsible for managing service delivery in accordance with the following AEE Dalian HR service lines:
- Act as GC policy lead and ER lead to drive GC policy updates
- Provide guidance and coaching to the HR People Advisors on the Field HR Process where required
- Guarantee high performance delivered and business value brought to business
- Lead team to achieve organization priorities and targets properly
- Liaise with Global team to make sure that local practice is customized correctly
- Conduct regular audit to meet the Internal Control requirements
- Ensure compliance with Accenture HR policies and procedures
- Resolve critical problems or unexpected issues independently
- Responsible for executing the ad hoc field HR projects when it is necessary
- Catch up with key stakeholders regularly to increase the collaboration
Customer Services
- Ensure the Field HR team provides consistent advice on relevant HR policies
- Ensure that the Field HR Team respond to all employee enquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure Field HR team all process transactions are managed timely and accurately
- Ensure that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated as appropriate
- Resolve outstanding issues / enquiries or escalate further, if necessary
Teamwork - Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to team leads or other team members in busy periods
Auditing
- Ensure the accuracy of employee information by regularly conducting audits as appropriate to each service line
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent with preference for concentration in Human Resources
- Minimum 6+ years industry experience, with strong business sense of human resources
