Job Summary

Work with APAC business data quality lead to execute and monitor APAC business data quality, including all business attributes; team with CoE, HR process, DTE, GU, Finance and BDA leads to affect improvement, efficiencies and accountabilities; evaluate architecture, organization changes and impacts to data quality and resulting processes, business/financial results, etc.

Relationships

Reports to:	APAC Business Data Quality Lead
External Relationships:	HR service providers – as appropriate

Qualifications

Key Skills needed

extensive knowledge of HR architecture (including Careers); dependencies and interdependencies, as well as integration with HR and finance processes
familiar with HR process, SAP and ATAS system and well understand how to utilize the current reporting to execute data quality improvement
solid understanding of Accenture organization structures, uniqueness in scope and responsibilities, and how they work together to achieve data quality improvements
ability to negotiate and influence discussions with different HR teams
