? Define and implement capability maturity model for across our company.
? Build and drive our company wide skills strategy in alignment with our company priorities and global capability strategy.
? Implement multi-skilled career path
? Drive growth through building differentiated global offerings and intelligent tools
? Drive culture of innovation across the center and build a vibrant Center wide innovation network.
? Make capability development plan & ensure execution by working with scheduling team to make recruiting plan, ensure the capability can meet demand
? Create mandatory training curriculum for the year
? Build up certification plan & drive certification
? Leverage and build up SME structure & Drive proficiency improvement
? Lead the TA group, review TA plan/progress/outcome
