职位描述：
You will lead and manage product development and sourcing requirements, managing the full China operation and staff.
This starts with strategic identification, innovation and development of new products and extends to increasing the profitability of existing products. You will achieve this through general market research as well as research into potential suppliers, product specifications and resources.
Category management activities range from ODM & OEM.

Responsibility:
As Product Manager you will:
?Build products from existing ideas and help to develop new products based on your industry experience and your contact with factories and associated suppliers.
?Research the market in which the product will be sold to find product trends and try to gain a competitive edge on other designs.
?Consult with supplier engineers to create specifications and prototypes.
?Ensure quality management system is followed and met at all times.
?Be involved with the commercialisation of new products through field research, and trials required to meet registrar and regulatory requirements.
?Manage the sampling and product approval process and timeline to ensure deadlines supplied by management are met.
As Sourcing Manager, you will:
?Be responsible for sourcing and managing vendors.
?Perform strategic sourcing activities to improve existing spend, capability, and search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers.
?Conduct supplier analysis, evaluate potential suppliers and manage the overall supplier qualification process.
?Develop and create sourcing plans, requests for proposals and other sourcing documents, evaluate and recommend purchasing and sourcing decision to management.
?Plan, direct and co-ordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing and managing production in accordance with cost, quality and quantity specifications.
?Negotiate costs with prospective manufacturers to meet target price set by management.

Requirement:
1. University or above
2. Proven and demonstrated skills and experience in Product Development and Sourcing within the LED lighting sector
3. Good technical understanding of LED lighting
4. Strong ability to develop management plans.
5. Must possess clear English verbal and written communication skills.
6. Assertive enough to gain the confidence of the factories
7. Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving, and ability to determine solutions.
8. Strong ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.
9. Must be results-orientated and able to lead, work independently and within team environment. 举报 分享
