Accountabilities:

Reception Management

1. General Office Duties

  - Meet & Greet visitors

  - Coordinate meeting room bookings/set up/restoration of meeting rooms

  - Assist in managing the Asset Register inventory

  - Sort, stamp and allocate internal / external mail to department

  - Answer inbound calls

2. Office security maintenance

  - Include office access card and office equipment.

3. Tele System

  - Daily checks and monthly updates of office tele list

  - Report any phone/network issues to the vendor

4. Reservation Service

  - Book tickets/hotel for staff and clients

  - Arrange car or rent cars for temporary use

Administrative Management

  - Provide logistic assistance for Meetings and Organize Activities

  - Vendors maintenance

  - Office rental and fit-out

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  - Proactive and quick learner

  - Good communication skills

  - Attention to details

  - Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin

  - Responsible & reliable
