1. Hygiene /Spare parts /Project orders handling:
1) Sales order Data entry.
2) Sales order confirmation to customers.
3) Co-ordinate and put up alarm if any exceptional MRP running problem.
4) Arrange hard reservation.
5) Create delivery note, co-ordinate for shipping arrangements and inform customers.
6) Coordinate with finance for the credit checking and confirmation
7) Coordinate with Finance for the invoices issuing
8) Post VAT invoices and other payment documents to customers.
9) Follow & co-ordinate for the payment problems from customer if any.
2. Customer Complain handling.
1) Hear voices from customers and co-ordinate internally our improvement actions.
2) Co-ordinate for the onsite missing/tracking issues etc.
3) Daily handling of customer complaints and solve their problems timely
