Responsibilities:
1. Primarily responsible for the planning, conduct, management and reporting on all investigations personally assigned under the responsibility of the Regional Office;
2. Responsible for assisting other Case Handling staff or Operational Compliance Officers in the conduct of mandated central and local investigations;
3. Provide support, training, guidance and direction in the analysis and investigation of highly complex compliance-related matters to more staff;
4. As necessary, required to represent the Case Handling Asia Australia Office to senior management and external entities, such as public and private sector investigative agencies in the region, as required, in the absence of the Regional Head, Regulatory Governance Asia Australia or Regional Head, Case Handling Asia Australia, based in Singapore;
5. The work location will be flexible based in the cities in Asia Beijing (Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand).
