职位描述：
Position Summary (statements to demonstrate the core purpose of the job )

The Counter Associate is responsible for managing all the Counter activities including dispatch documents to Customers & CHB. This position will also be responsible to accept cheque payment from Customers & CHBs and hand over to finance team.


Key Responsibilities
(The key activities the position is required to deliver on in order to achieve the role purpose/ accountabilities of the job holder)

Own all Counter activities for the location.
Receive cheque payment and hand over cheques to finance daily
Ensure no discrepancy between invoice amount and payment received
Check invoice for payment or credit terms and release Document
Dispatch relevant documents to Customer Relations team
Maintain high service level and professionalism towards customers and runner / delivery boys
Ensure payments received are updated in FACT
Responsible for correct Revenue Recognition

Expectations from the Role
(The outcomes that the job holder is expected to drive through fulfilment of the his/her responsibilities)
Ensure smooth counter documentation operations at branch level
To deliver a timely service to customers, CHA’s and carriers on a daily basis
Make recommendations to improve response times and data quality

KPI’s (suggested – working group to validate)

Ensure timely release of documents
Accuracy in execution of all Counter management activities
Effective query resolution


Required knowledge & Skills (expected entry level requirements for applicant consideration that apply for role)

Operations knowledge
Minimum 1 year experience in Operations handling release of documents, collection/payments of cheques and invoices, co-ordination with the branch and monitoring performance.
Working knowledge of FACT

Drive for Results

Well organized when working under pressure
