职位描述：
工作地点前期在北京 后续会到天津。
主要工作Main missions:
Commercializaiton
1. As a commercial manager in NEVS, you should be responsible for business development and business case feasiblity study for fleet customer projects. Explore business opportunity and take responsbility from conceptualize to materialize for various proposed business case scenarios.
2. Work with fleet sales manager as a team to complete the business negotiation and support the business plan to be verified from financial perspective.
3. By bridging resources from different channels and introducing of 3rd party partners to make the business case happened and achieve win-win solution.
4. Coordinate with finance team to ensure the business plan outcome accepted by the company and present to management team.
5. To follow up the business case implementation and react if there is any discrepancy.
Saels operation
1. Sales planning including volume forecasting, short term and long term target, ordering and resources allocaiton, sales reporting, market analysis, etc.
2. Sales operation including sales policy, dealer margin calculation, promotion plan to react to market trend.
3. System and process build up for sales function incluing but not limited to new car logistic, OTD, DMS, etc. from user perspective or take direct resonsibilities.

任职资格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1. Preferred subject major in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Statistics, or Automotive Management / Engineering
2. Sales experience in both wholesales and retail level, fleet sales backgroup is plus.
3. Strong financial capability and business accumn.
4. Understanding of NEV business and possess resources is plus.
5. Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Motivated by a fast-paced environment, possessing the ability to manage multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities. 举报 分享
