- Support BD Director for new business development
- Search & visiting new customers
- Initiate first contact to new customers
- Invite customers for site visit and follow by RFQ
- Arrange & manage customers visit to FMTS sites
- Work with internal team for RFQ
- Work & negotiate with new customers for Agreement and commercial issues
- Support internal team for commercial issues from RFQ to NPI, and to MP
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and expand business
- Good Command of English
- Outspoken and good communication skills
- Willing to travel frequently if required
