Position: Key Account Manager
Report to: Sales Director
Subordinates: 3~5
Responsibilities:
? Continuously analyze key market drivers and adjust/implement sales, engineering and marketing systems to produce significant, strategic results.
? Analyze and understand global business markets and customers, 80/20 for product evaluation while leveraging resources to best achieve results.
? Create and implement sustainable sales & engineering team-based initiatives driving continuous improvement to meet and exceed sales & engineering goals.
? Support new product development and modifications with engineering and technical support for design, process and validation functions, applying an outside in discipline.
? Participate and support the sales & engineering global annual plan and LRP documents.
? Manage the sales & engineering financial performance by directing and leading all aspects of the day-to-day sales & engineering functions, short and long term sales forecasting, support annual and long-term business initiatives and ensure sales & engineering achieves monthly and annual financial goals.
? Drive innovation and solutions to meet market needs.
? Obtain patents where applicable.
? Develop pricing policies and direct major negotiations as needed, include the yearly price negotiation
? Champions Leadership Development framework, developing talent within the business. Identifies and develops key leaders for furture roles.
? Model the culture and values of the company including demonstrating the highest level of ethical business behavior.
? Daily, weekly, monthly and periodic sales & engineering reports.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree major in Mechanical, Marketing or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
? Track record of sales and very familiar with Nissan.
? Strong negotiation skills, with adaptability according to situation
? Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Chinese) and communicates information on a timely basis
? Self-directed, able to manage complex situations and issues and conditions with minimum supervision: good understanding and experience with engineering specifications
? Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies along with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team-oriented environment.
? Demonstrated skills in project management, training, facilitation, negotiations, communications, analytically ability, and computer skills
? Knowledge of statistical analysis, analytically problem solving, drawing reading, hands-on metrology experience
? Have a good understanding of China marking of automobile parts sales
? Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...), good presentation skill
? Financial knowledge will be a plus
? strong leadership and management experience/potentials
? Operational knowledge will be a plus
? Demonstrated ability to make tough business and leadership decisions.
? Ability to identify and develop and mentor future leaders/managers.
? Leader, motivator and self-starter.
? Willing to travel.
