工作地点前期在北京,后续会转移到天津。
主要工作Main missions:
Network Planning and Development:
take lead to do planning, establishment and termination of NEVS network, mainly including:
? develop overall NEVS network strategy with a balance of different formats:
? Coordinate with fleet customer to synchronize the network resource for sales and aftersales channel.
? Liaise and develop partners to jointly develop sales and aftersales premises to ensure the service coverage.
? Develop self-own stores plan to have sample effect as regional hub.
? In joint efforts with CRM, digital platform colleagues to complete the Omni channel strategy and implementation
? Dealership construction and launch
? Dealer termination according to its performance, capability and willingness
Network Competency Development:
improve network’ competence through providing best in class support recruiting, training, practicing and retaining, mainly including:
? Planning and develop solutions and supports to help the network in recruiting including but not limited to qualification assessment tool, co-education program, professional interview
? Measure and analyze network competency gap and plan, develop and deliver the training in most effective and efficient way including training courses design, courseware development and training organizing and delivery
? Support to improve application of knowledge and skills through providing timely and effective sales talk, developing advanced and convenient sales facilitating tools and silent salesman, and flexible and effective coaching
? Plan and establish training facilities such as training center and digital training platform, training vendors and training budget
? Measure, monitor and manage the performance of course design, training content and trainers
Network Quality Improvement:
take lead to provide systematic analysis and solutions to network quality, customer satisfaction, business management and engagement, mainly including:
? Customer experience management including standard and process development, customer satisfaction measurement and improvement, network standard compliance auditing, etc.
? Channel business management including commercial policy development, variable margin management, retail performance management, channel financial analysis and business management coach
? Network engagement management such as channel award program development, network conference and activities coordination.
任职资格:Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1. At least 7 years working experience in automotive industry, either at international manufacturer or dealer group in sales, after-sales or dealer development function
2. Minimum 2 years management experience
3. Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant personality with a high degree of integrity,
4. Strong leadership skills
5. Self-reliant and result-driven working style with good planning and organizational skills
6. Good analytical skill and strategic thinking
7. Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English are essential
8. Proficient with MS Office tools (esp. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
9. Willing to travel within or out of China
