职位描述：
工作地点前期在北京，后续会到天津。
主要工作Main missions:
1. To lead the internal pricing development and approval of product and service to ensure the profibility and competitiveness.
2. To coordinate with product, sales, finance and manufacturer side on pricing and run rate margin control.
3. To monitor, analyze cost & price trend for both own product and competitors to improve the product and service positioning and value realisation.
4. To support the sales team on business scenario development and financial feasibilty study for fleet customer projects.
5. To support the channel development in channel feasiblity study in dealer format standard development.
To support promotion effectiveness monitoring and measuring.
6. To drive for pricing excellence to maximize business opportunity and improve business operation efficiency.
7. Conduct trainings to commercial teams on pricing knowledge/tools and processes.

任职资格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1. Degree in finance, economics, or marketing.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, product marketing, preferable product marketing from auto or manufacture industries.
3. Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Be flexible to versatile functions with clear understanding of commercial activities and manufacture side.
