RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage information technology and computer systems
管理公司信息及网络系统
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development
根据集团IT政策,制定并更新工厂的IT政策并确保所有IT用户遵循。
- Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines, working closely with Global IT for new IT project rollout to division.
主动与业务部门沟通了解信息系统建设的建议并制定行动方案, 与全球IT紧密配合做好IT全球项目的推广及实施。
- Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
管理部门内部员工及派遣工(2-4人),做好日常的IT问题及时追踪并解决,IT部门年度考评等工作。
- Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures
做好IT年度预算以及合理控制每月IT费用支出。
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
解决日常硬件,软件及网络问题。
- ERP system first line support and driving and coordinating with each process owner to continue optimize the ERP system.
ERP系统运行支持,带领并与其它部门配合持续优化和改进ERP系统效率。
- Train staff about potential uses of existing technology
定期组织员工培训掌握新的IT知识提高IT系统的使用率
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
做好现有的IT软硬件等库存管理,合理分配资源,并根据现状做出合理建议。
- IT general control for user access, software license, change management etc…
按照IT内控及内审要求做好日常的权限管理,软件授权及变更管理等工作。
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information systems or related area. Advanced degree or additional business management degree desirable.
大学本科及以上学位,计算机专业优先
- Five (5) years of experience working in a principal IT manager capacity of increasing responsibility, within a dynamic growth environment that makes data driven decisions. Experience in industrial manufacturing environment and international IT leadership are strongly preferred.
至少5年以上IT经理工作经验,制造行业优先。
- Experience with enterprise-wide system implementations, and extensive hands-on experience as an IT professional.
丰富的应用系统实施推广经验。
- Proven experience of IT general control concept and requirement.
丰富的IT内审及内控经验,了解相关概念及要求。
- Virtualization system knowledge and daily management.
计算机系统虚拟化知识及日常管理。
- Strong SAP knowledge and project management skills for large ERP system as local project manager.
具备良好的SAP系统知识及丰富的项目管理经验,与工厂内部及供应商配合经验。
