Reporting line: Sales Director

Subordinates: N/A
Reason for the filling: replacement
Location: 上海/华南或西南区域居家办公

Main responsibility:
Sales of entire products portfolio within the People’s Republic of China, focus on Southern China including Hongkong
Frequent visiting and establishing excellent relationship with existing customers (both private as well as government owned companies); Willing to travel minimum 80% within territory
Enlarge company’s network by exploring new potential customers

Tasks
Preparing market reports, surveys and visit reports
Exploring /Establishing new market potentials
Preparing and participating in seminars, exhibitions and other marketing activities
Preparing weekly/monthly reports on project status and quarterly forecast
Support/Planning of annual sales forecast
Cooperate with Customer Support department
Clarify technical details with customer based on their requirement
Liaising with Engineering Team in Shanghai and with HQ in Germany and Singapore on technical clarification and quotations
Translate, forward & discuss quotations with customers
Negotiating contracts with customers (multinational and local)
Support Customer Support Sales Team (After Sales)
Cooperating with other sales & marketing staff, also in other regions of China
Other duties related to sales and marketing activities

Professional requirements
Minimum 5 years sales working experience in machinery and equipment industries
At least 3 years in Sales of Pharmaceutical Packaging Equipment, highly preferred with Blister Equipment background
Fluent English speaking and good written English is must
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Pharmaceutical Equipment or relevant education
