职位描述
质量体系工程师
岗位职责
1.负责制订业务单元内部的体系内审计划，实施、跟踪并反馈计划的执行情况和不符合项的关闭情况。
2.指导并支持业务单元各工厂完成过程手册的建立和导入，实现体系的标准化和规范化。
3.负责整合和优化工厂的质量管理流程，支持工厂对重大质量问题的解决；
4.完善业务单元内的文件管理系统，定期进行经验总结分享；
5.组织相关培训，在业务单元范围内推进BOS运作中的最佳业务实践分享。
6.协助完成各项体系认证及审核工作。
7.指导并支持工厂完成客户审核的准备和接待工作。
8.负责汇总潜在产品安全问题，并跟踪问题的关闭情况；
9.承担公司相关BOS文件以及TS16949/ ISO14000标准要求的管理责任，确保BOS文件的有效运行，并不断在部门内完善BOS文件中的相关程序及其运用。
任职要求
大学本科及以上学历，机械类或材料类专业。
两年及以上相关工作经验，熟悉TS16949体系标准。
具备良好的中英文书面表达能力；
具备良好的组织 推动能力、原则性强；
掌握质量五大工具(APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA)。
