职位描述
Responsibility:
Ownership of the Talent Management System in all its parts:
? Define and implement a Talent Management Strategy for Company
? Partner with the business to constantly have a dialogue on the critical capabilities and roles required by the business challenges, and to support it in leveraging on the tools available.
? Partner with corporate to be aligned and updated on best practices and the global strategy
? Supervise and implement all the Talent Management processes and tools: hiring, developing, assessing, staffing talents
? Supervise the MBAs development
? Prepare and lead the Succession Management discussions with the business.
? Integrate the Talent Management System with the other HR process
? Manage and monitor the internal and external communication around Talent Management, and between company and Talents.
? Partner with global to create international exchanges and opportunities for company Talents
Required knowledge and skills:
Core requirements:
? Bachelor degree education
? Strong experience in Talent Management, assessment and developmental tools
? Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels in the organization
? Fluent English in oral & writing
? Good computer skills
Competence required:
? Coaching and feedback skills
? Influencing & Communicating effectively (written, oral, and listening)
? Planning & organizing
? Teamwork and collaboration
? Strategic attitude
? Self Motivated & good learning agility
? Facilitation skills including good use of presentation, questioning, and debriefing skills
