工作内容及职位要求：
1、参与制定公司婴儿座椅产品线的渠道营销战略，根据营销战略制定公司营销组合策略和营销计划；
2、定期对全国市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制定预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划；
3、熟悉婴儿座椅各渠道的状况，能在有限时间内寻找到合适经销商扩展销售渠道；
4、能够持续有效提高公司产品在婴童渠道的市场占有率和竞争力；
5、具有较强开发空白市场的拓展能力，能独立开展招商工作
6、具有良好的团队管理能力和领导力
7、5-8年婴儿座椅行业的渠道销售经验，3年以上销售管理经验
8、英语良好
