Job Specific
Comments:
1. Establish, maintain and develop sales team
2. Manage and lead plant sales activities
3. Advance sales and customers development
4. Develop sales strategies to individual customers, through self proposition
5. Review customer RFQ, organize internal kick off and APR review, quotation preparation review and price negotiation
6. Customer cycle plan update and commercial margin enhancement action development on existing programs and customers
Education:
BS/BA or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Requires 8+ years experience. Strong customer relation
