职位描述：
1.Works as an Architecture consultant team member focus on enterprise architecture technical consultant, implementation, operation.
2. Provide Architecture management technical support during project pursuit and implementation.
3. Undertake business/technical consulting, and implementation including EAM methedology, documentation, technical proposal, system design/ analysis/ estimation, system testing, Code review, user training and system dev/ support, take the roles of enterprise architect or solution architect and so on.
4. Provide and check the solution design to meet the customer business requirements, business function scope on technical aspect, present and document the solution in the functional and technical documentations, manage the users expectation for the solution delivered.
5. Technical support on build-up/maintain whole technical architecture management systems to bearing customer Architecture management process
6. Responsible for provide the overall IT technical target architecture define
7. Guide the enterprise technical architecture coordination.
8. Networks with key contacts outside and inside own area of expertise.
9. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).

Skill Requirement：
1 University degree in computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification
2 Deeply know how project running as Project technical Leader
3 Deeply know how on Enterprise Architecture Principle, Management (EAM, TOGAF)
4 Deeply know how on technical architecture Principle, management
5 Deeply know how on IT solution trends, IT technical products, IT development (Unix or Linux and C++, Java, DB, Middle Ware,)
6 Strong presentation and IT technical communication skills (MS Visio, UML)
7 Very good English skills in written and spoken,oversea working experience in EU/US is a big plus. (preferably basic German skills)
8 Project management know-how (PMP, ITPM, etc.)
9 Deeply know how quality management process in automotive vehicles production
10 IT service management know-how
11 Intercultural competence
12 Experience in IT technologies in automotive industry, 4-6 Years
13 Knowhow and business process understanding in IT solution design management, 4-6 Years
14 Experience in project management and steering, 4-6 Years
15 Knowhow in engineering change management, 2-3 Years
