Reporting Line:
Report to – IT Manager
Direct Subordinator – IT Infrastructure Supervisor/IT Infrastructure Specialist/IT Helpdesk Specialist
General Responsibilities:
Oversee/Supervise DSV IT project, provide excellent project deliverables to meet business requirement.
Proven ability to manage projects, Teams and deliver agreed upon solutions.
Managing IT resources for full utilization of current facilitation while plan for future development.
Be internal IT consultant for various IT project.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Project Management
Manage IT Project Scope, IT project budgeting and cost reporting while ensuring successful completion of projects.
Assess, plan, organize and manage project risks, issues, escalations and problem resolutions.
Report status regularly and accurately reflecting issues, progress and key milestones.
Ensure to deliver projects according to agreed quality, timing and budget.
Act as project liaison between IT Partners, client organization and IT leadership and business shareholder.
Communication Plan and Project Transformation Plan.
Management of Business Analysts including the allocation of right resources to relevant projects and activities.
Ownership for the end-to-end Project methodology until Go-live.
Team Management
Enable team for realization of improvement, SOP consistency, Training, implementation and operational consistency.
Accountable, motivate the team and drive the excellence.
Align with global standardization and compliance, supervise or provide instruction/consultant to the team.
Actively drive the yearly Performance Review and target setting process for all direct reports.
IT project budgeting/implementation (setup, align, and monitor).
Assists IT Manager to Broadcast/implement Group IT Policy and plans.
Deputize IT manager as required.
Service Delivery
Provide service delivery on the daily infra operations to meet business requirement.
Manage stakeholder/Global IT Team on the communication and expectations.
Manage and liaise with peers on LoB side building trust and acceptance for provided solutions.
Escalation Management: Support the escalation from the team until the issue is resolved or solution provided.
Change Management in the infra/helpdesk area of responsibility.
Other tasks assigned by IT Manager
Communications
Internal – All Departments of the Global IT organization and all of CN LoB management & staff level.
External – Customers, vendors, business partners
Competency & Qualifications:

Customer Service L4; Strongly customer oriented with excellent service etiquette;

- Qualifications Requirements
Knowledge & Skills Management skills in terms of personal leadership, innovative and creative thinking;
Strong problem analytical skills & problem solving skills, good negotiator and smart decision maker
Education & Training Bachelors degree with Information Technology discipline, ITIL or PMP/Prince2
Experience Experienced of IT infra Operation, Project Management, Service Delivery,
Freight forwarding industry is preferred
Personal Characteristics Energetic and proactive, modesty, diligence and integrity, self starter, can work
Independently; be flexible in the changing environment.
Self motivated with proven ability to contribute to new challenges.
