Major Responsibilities
1. Define system-level application architecture & high-level design. Advise on technology adoption based on business & technical consideration. Propose integration strategies for the various technology components to achieve a holistic solution.
2. Identify architecture & implementation risk, perform risk tracking & activate mitigation measures
3. Leads team to build high re-usability solutions
4. Establish & enforce the architectural policies & principles, design & programming guidelines to ensure the overall consistency & performance of the system.
5. Review functional specification
6. Involve in pre-sales activities, develop business value solutions for customer
7. Code review
8. To solve complex technical problems
9. Shares knowledge within or other NCS teams. 
10.Reside in Shanghai and extensive travel is required (China and Asia Pacific)

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Strong communication skills both Chinese and English
3. Strong documentations skills both Chinese and English
4. At least 7 years experience in software development
5. At least 5 years experience with software design
6. At least 5 years Banking Domain knowledge
7. At least 2 years with medium complexity projects experience. 
8. Prefer on hands-on experience in Database, .net related technology
9. Good team player
