职位描述：
Financial Analyst (12 months contractor)
Under close supervision, take in charge of day to day ARC related activities and ensure integrity of financial and non-financial data and reports for both internal and external to BP, in compliance with relevant policies, processes, and procedures.

* Monitor monthly close process, e.g. JIB consolidation, IC, accruals, etc.
* Monitor quarterly close process and prepare MI reports to ensure all group required financial data are prepared in line with Group Reporting Manual
* Manage monthly funding requests, e.g. review cash calls, prepare 3rd party payment requests, raise credit notes, review tax payment requests and coordinate monthly foreign exchange, etc.
* Prepare monthly performance management information and analysis.
* Coordinate annual statutory audit, assist annual tax filing and partner audit.
* Coordinate local administrative work, e.g. update of tax certificate and business licence, forex annual check, update of bank mandate, etc.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with operator finance team, BP technical teams, local tax team and other stakeholders.


- Majored in Finance and related discipline from the reputational university, bachelor degree is the basis

- Minimum 3 years related working experience in Finance, experience in energy industry is a plus
- Solid knowledge and experiences on accounting, financial reporting and tax
- Good team player
- Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and oral communications
