职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Responsible for the daily business communication with customers, and maintain customer relationship
        负责与客户日常业务联系沟通，并维护客户关系；
2. Responsible for receiving customer orders and review feedback;
        负责接收客户订单并进行审核反馈；
3. Order Entry/Customer Product Orders;
        订单输入/客户产品订单
4. Assists Customer Support supervisor to create and update documents for customer;
        协助客户主管建立和更新客户档案和信息
5. Tracking the customer arrears payment.
         跟踪客户欠款
6. Other job assigned by line manager
        其他工作事宜

职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree，major in economic
       本科学历，经济学类专业
2. Above 2 year experience in customer support
       两年以上相关经验
3. Good communication skills
       良好的沟通技巧
4. Good computer skills
       熟练使用计算机办公软件
5. Fluent speaking and writing in English
       英文流利
6. Carefu, High accuracy
       细心,准确率高
7. Pro-active attitude
