?协助首席产品官制定公司旅行产品开发战略；
?领导旅行产品团队开展市场调研，研发针对富裕阶层消费者的差异化产品；
?参与规划整体产品线，检测监督产品的质量及发布；
?主导面向销售团队的产品培训，配合市场团队制订营销策略；
?负责供应商开发、评估与合作协议洽谈。
职位要求
?具有八年以上高端出境旅游产品开发工作经历以及三年以上团队管理经验；
?英语听说读写流利，能熟练使用英语与国外供应商沟通；
?熟悉旅游市场产品策划，酒店、观光、机票采购、签证等相关知识；
?具有较高的谈判技巧及综合分析能力，能有效沟通和控制成本；
?具有高度的责任心与团队合作精神，工作勤奋，创新思考，有较强的抗压能力。
