Responsibilities:
1. This position is responsible for the reception of visitors
接待来访客人
2. Assisting students in their daily use of the center, such as class arrangement and confirmation with Instructor; preparations to new students before the training starts, and other daily works assigned by Center Director
学生提供和安排各项中心的服务; 例如课程的前期准备工作，与老师的课程确认以及中心中监交待的其他日常工作内容
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills and ability for solving problems
良好的人际沟通技巧和处理问题和矛盾冲突的能力
2. High awareness of responsibility and customer-focus
拥有高度责任感和客户服务意识
3. College diploma or above
大专及以上学历
4. Good command of spoken and written English
熟练的英语听说读写
5. Previous demonstrable service experience
曾有客户服务的相关经验
6. Willingness to work a flexible schedule
喜欢弹性的工作时间
7. Pleasant and outgoing personality
开朗外向
8. Customer Service experience is a plus
