1. Ensure all equipment in good working order.
确保酒店内各维修及保养设备能正常运作

－ Supervise all engineering technical system and inspect all machinery operations within hotel area.
监察各工程技术系统及定期视察酒店内一切机械操作

2. Prevent engineering related problems occur.
预防工程出现问题

－ Regularly inspect and test all machinery and equipment within hotel area.
对酒店内之机械及设备作定期检查及测试
－ Work out the preventive maintenance schedule.
编制有关维修及保养计划

3. Prevent hotel operation affected by machinery problems.
防止酒店运作受机械故障影响
－ Supervise all machinery related troubles which need to be fixed right away.
监察需即时修理之机械故障
－ Guide engineering associates to solve the machinery related troubles.
指导下属解决机械问题

4. Ensure all equipment can be used.
确保一切设备及系统能被使用

－ Analysis all engineering related operation reports.
分析各个工程系统之运作报告
－ Verify monthly energy consumption, and design new methods to improve the overall efficiency.
审核每月的能源消耗量，设计新方法改善整体效率

5. Ensure the efficiency of the whole engineering department.

－ Work out engineering duty roster.
编订值班表
－ Choose and encourage associates, and supervise associates’ training.

－ Co-ordinate with team leaders and outside contractors on engineering related issues.

6. Ensure the hotel guests and associates’ safety.

任职要求：
？ Be familiar with the functions of all machinery and system of international hotels, eg. boiler, water pump, ventilating system and power supply.

Renaissance Tianjin TEDA Convention Center Hotel was opened on Jun. 28, 2004 and managed by Marriott International Company. As China’s first Renaissance Hotel with the large banquet and conference facilities covering over 6,109 square meters, which including a 800 seats Auditorium, two Ballroom for 1000 people banquet, plus 12 Meeting Rooms. The hotel is a full service property with Guest room, Food & Beverage, Function & Business facilities, etc. It comprises the 301 rooms including 51 suites, and covering 12147 square meters park building with 400 car space. What’s more, TEDA Tianjin Marriott Executive Apartments boasts 114 luxury suite rooms, opened in June 2015,which realize dual-brand management and diversified development.
