Job Description:
Assisting in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
Overseeing the full spectrum of human resources and services including staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc for all PRC offices
Monitor and improve administrative functions for all PRC offices
Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
At least 5 years' relevant experience in multinational companies
Conversant with PRC Labour Law and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Good command of written and spoken English
Travel to other cities in PRC is required
