Academic degree in computer science or related

Strong teamplayer, troubleshooter with an analytical mindset, Service minded



Required Technical Background

PC / Mac system Maintenance

Windows 7/8/10 + OS X

Microsoft Office 2013 for PC and 2016 for MAC

Knowledge and experience with TCP/IP Networking, Printer Management, Basic user security (Antivirus/antispam)



Additional Assets:

Additional languages (Swedish, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic,etc)

Experience from cloud management for win mac desktops and laptops

Experience from mobile smartphone management

Proactive Monitoring

WiFi 802.1x

Advanced user security

Incident response handling

Encryption techniques

Cisco Wireless series, Wireless Controllers and Switching



Job Role

You will play an essential role in the Daniel Wellington Global Internal IT Operation Team, assisting in maintaining and advancing the IT infrastructure and service system. You will also be involved in testing and deploying our new Global IT infrastructure and service system and form the 24-hour IT support system along with our colleagues in Sweden and the United States.

The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
