Job responsibilities:
? Develop and manage the learning and development strategy which is in line with the company’s current and future needs.
? Collect, analyze and identify the learning calendar and deployment plan.
? Assist the superior to implement the training plan, organize the internal and external lecturer resources, review the curriculum and implement the training.
? Assist the superior to prepare and improve the company's annual training plan and organize the implementation.
? Review and improve learning and development programs from time to time to keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry which. including the processes, presentation documents, employee’s feedback, effectiveness etc.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
? Bachelor degree in human resource management, marketing or other related major preferred.
? 2-4 years relevant working experience in organization and position.
? Creative thinking and good communication skills.
? Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Competencies:
? Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
? Ability to build productive relationships quickly
? Dynamic personality with passion ad high energy
? Frequent business travel is required
