Purpose of the job:
? Leading the sales team to achieve regional sales KPIs, Generates sales, money collection and satisfies customers and customer relationship management.
? To be responsible for all sales activities, direct Customer sales, key customer sales ( key account sales) and distributor sales and technical sales development in own region in order to achieve regional sales targets:total added value, total sales volume, DSO improvement, etc.
? Managing and developing his team through effective management of workload, resources and processes to fully implement sales strategy and related projects to create maximum profits.
Key Tasks:
Measured targets: sales budget, customer satisfaction, receivables management
? Is responsible for sales budget and implementation of business strategy.

? Is responsible for establishing well -trained / motivated sales teams.
? Ensures optimal ressources & expense usage.
? Acts as a coach, trainer and mentor.
? Continuously develops customer basis to expand business.
? Has profound personal customer relationship
? Is responsible for implementation of business strategy & pushing receivables
? Is responsible for developing sales organization & distribution network.
? Is responsible for timely reporting on customers' and competitors' status.
? Is responsible for delivering customer requirements to internal functions.
? Works according to company regulations and according to the ISO procedures.
? Well cooperate and communicate with internal functional departments.
Prerequisites
? University degree
? Min 5 years in Regional Sales management experience
? Languages – English level 4, fluent in both English and Chinese
