职位描述:
Takes the lead in handling more difficult customer situations and assists staff by ensuring all customer queries are dealt in a prompt and friendly manner.
Responsible for the delivery of excellent service for all client queries received via phone calls or emails.
Accountabilities
Financial:
Assists the team manager in monitoring the Client Services team's performance.
Customer:
Answers client enquiries relevant to products and procedures on the phone or via emails and refers to appropriate areas for actions.
Provides friendly and responsive customer services to both internal and external customers.
Keeps clients, ANZ staff and line managers informed of the progress of any escalated enquiries.
Demonstrates ANZ service standards in all customer interactions.
Handles customer escalations/re-opened queries.
Process:
Assists in monitoring and ensures all the queries are handled promptly within SLA by the team.
Reviews processes and recommends changes for improvements.
Provides performance analysis of client services to appropriate stakeholders.
Identifies and implements initiatives to improve performance.
Assists team members to gain a better understanding of products/processes related to resolution of customer queries.
Performs Operational reporting activities for client services.
People:
Assists the team manager in driving a culture of outperformance.
Coaches and guides identified staff to build competent skill sets.
Builds collaborative relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure that objectives are achieved and changes are well led and communicated.
Risk/compliance/behaviours:
Fully understands the compliance standards and conforms to the regulatory and ANZ policies and procedural requirements.
Ensures that the team’s activities and conducts meet the local and Group Operating Risk Procedures and compliance guidelines.
Ensures all service requests are strictly compliant with company policies.

Requirements
Experience in financial services.
Bi-lingual (English, Mandarin or Cantonese) or Tri-lingual language (English, Mandarin, Cantonese ) capability.
Transaction Banking SME for Cash or Trade products.
Demonstrated experience and success in identifying and implementing constructive changes to increase productivity, reduce cost and improve services.
Advanced understanding of telephony technology usage to support officers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary range
Base 10W-13W annual + Year end bonus + Cantonese langugage allowance 1W annual
