工作职责
Assignment
根据提供的PLC和电/液图纸负责新机床的电气安装和启动，以及太仓工厂的自动化组件
Electrical installation and startup of incoming machines and automation components to our Taicang workshop according to provided PLC and electrical/fluid diagrams
在每台机床初始启动和准备装运之前制作所有PLC/NC程序的副本
Make Backup copies of all PLC/NC programs resident in each machine during initial startup and prior to preparation for shipment
按照规定的电气图纸检查机床的电力供应和不同电压的分布
Check machine’s electrical power supply and presence of different voltages as stipulated in the electrical diagram
检查和设置压力传感器在适当的工作范围内
Check and set pressure sensors to their proper working range
测试并确保所有机床的功能正常运行
Test all machine functions and ensure their proper functioning
测试并确保机床的安全功能正常运行
Test machine’s safety functions and ensure their proper functioning
和相关的工程师一起修改文档以确保信息流和文档的正确
Document changes together with relevant engineers to ensure information flow and correct documentation
机床内的机器或组件布线电气问题的故障诊断
Troubleshoot electrical issues within the machine or component wiring
根据需要为调试机床和可选组件排布电线和电缆
Perform wiring and cabling as needed for customizing of machine and optional components
在客户处支持机床的启动和调试工作
Support start-up and commissioning tasks at our customers
部门经理指派的其他任务
Perform other assigned duties as requested by the Department Manager

任职资格
Your Qualifications
至少3年电气领域的工作经验，如电气安装、调试工程师等
At least 3 years work experience in electrical fields, e.g. electrical assembler, start-up technician …
了解电气和液压图
Understanding of electrical and fluid diagrams
能够熟练操作电脑软件、PLC系统和其他调试软件
Knowledge about MS Office, PLC-systems and other commissioning software
了解PLC程序，并能够为拟定的项目做微小调整
Understanding of PLC programs and being able to do minor adjustments to prepared programs
了解Fanuc Ladder以及Siemens Step 7
Knowledge about Fanuc Ladder and Siemens Step7
Fanuc Ladder以及Siemens Step 7
了解机器人编程和操作的优先
Knowledge about robot programming and operating is an advantage
