Responsibilities:
Manage Songjiang multi-site administration including but not limited to stationery, courier, cars/shuttle bus, driver team, partial air ticket/hotel, visa, decoration & furniture…
Look at site admin expense and ensure all expense are spent carefully and effectively
Communicate and interpret site admin policy
Assist in employee activities such as outing, family day, lunch with GM, etc.
Support on recruiting activities including interview arrangement, internal announcement, notice board, etc.
Support new employee registration; attendance and shift recording,etc.
Support company event and activities assigned by manager

Requirements:
Bachelors' degree or above
Good command of admin expertise
Proactive, careful and sense of responsibility
HR related knowledge is preferred
2-3 years of dedicated office admin working experiences; manufactory is a plus
HR related experiences is a plus
