Job Description
People Development
?Contribute to regional development by understanding, considering and consolidating the specific interests and needs of the region’s business
?Implement development plans for the leadership development according to regional current and future business development requirements
?Implement and facilitate company core learning programs to build leadership, management and associates operation skills that drive performance
?Provide solutions to teams to develop their personal potential and provide expert advice on performance management.
?Facilitate region talent development initiatives / programs to enable realization of the business strategies.
?Assist in the design and development of Succession and Contingency planning models.
?Execute annual talent sourcing activities in APAC ensure talent supply from Campus activities, open days, career events, mentor practice
Organization Culture
?Customize the company cultural and operational on-boarding programs to make it regional relevant and implement the programs
?Imprint Oetiker values in all of the training programs and learning experiences we design and deliver
?Liaise with transform on Organization and Cultural Change initiatives. Support the activation and embedding of the corporate Values.
Training and Development
?Analyze training and development needs, provide solutions and initiate suitable programs
?Work closely with corporate leadership team to develop accelerated development programs at all levels
?Develop training processes and programs. Manage process of communication regarding training opportunities, costs, registration requirements, etc. and coordinate training efforts with leaders
?Design, develop and maintain online learning courseware utilizing instructional design methodologies
?Global Programs implementation including EMS, EEP and other development programs.
?Maintain training room(s), equipment, and materials and other tools and functions associated with training programs.
?Maintain all training records through Learning Management System.
?In cooperation and co-facilitate workshops and meetings (e.g. Succession & QRS, Team development workshops etc.)
?Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations
?Compliance to the Management Manual, TS16949 & ISO 14001 EMS requirements
?To perform any other job-related duties assigned by Oetiker China HR Manager.
Job Requisition
?International experience and mindset.
?Bachelor’s degree in Business with emphasis in Human Resource Management or Organizational Development
?A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Instructional Design.
?Administrative experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
?A minimum of 2 years prior instructor-led training and/or curriculum development experience.
?Proficient in Business English both oral and written
?Ability to communicate with team members, leaders, external trainers, professional training group members, and consultants by phone, in person, or through written correspondence.
?Ability to perform duties with minimal direction.
?Good organizer, excellent communication skills, good public speaker, and at ease facilitating and presenting to large and small groups.
?Displays leadership ability and professional attitude and appearance at all times.
?Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
?Ability to operate a personal computer including a full working knowledge and ability to utilize Microsoft Office.
?Could travel domestic and international maximum 20% of working hour and con-call at work-off time.
?Learning agility and self-motivated
