Role Description
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS

1.To initiate work plan for technical service dept to prioritize the main tasks and activities which in line with company's business development 制定本部门工作计划、组织安排、协调以及配合公司的发展
2.To be equipped with solid product knowledge as a prerequisites for technical training 熟悉掌握产品的性能、作用、特点和使用方法做好产品与技术培训
3.To grasp relevant professional knowledge and keep updated with the latest trend and information 熟练掌握相关专业知识、及时了解最新行业动向与信息
4.To edit practical technical materials base on the promotion plan and customers status, and to ensure the effectiveness of the technical seminar 根据产品销售推广计划及客户情况，编写实用的技术材料，保证技术讲座的有效性
5.To contact key accounts regularly and track the usage status of our products through collecting relative information. 定期拜访重点客户，跟踪了解公司产品和实际使用情况，收集有关数据
6.To cultivate customer loyalty by means of on-site problem solving and instruction offering, etc. 通过现场帮助客户解决有关疫病控制中实际问题及指导，培养忠实客户

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
1.Master degree or above, majored in veterinarian, animal husbandry or related field; 硕士以上学历，主修兽医、畜牧等相关专业
2.Above 2 years working experiences as veterinarian in commercial swine farm; 3 年以上养猪场兽医工作的经验
3.Rich knowledge and experience in Swine farm management and disease control; 在猪场饲养管理和疾病防治方面有丰富的知识与经验
4.Excellent communication skills;良好的沟通能力
5.Good Command of English and computer; 熟练掌握英语与计算机操作
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication Presentation skills; 出色的沟通与演讲技巧
Proactive in solving problems, strong in analyzing; 积极主动的问题解决能力与优秀的分析能力
