Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a finance, business or economics major
？At least 1year of retail experience, preferably in retail management
？Fluent in English both written and verbal
？Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
？Proven organizational and analytical skills and ability to use own initiative
？Enjoy working as part of a team
？Sales driven and results-oriented.
？Ability to make decisions and take risks as needed with minimal guidance.
？Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
？Ability to multi-task, determine key priorities and delegate.
？Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and confidently.
？Excellent organisation and planning skills.
？Ability to set future goals and follow up on results.
？Ability to provide strong leadership and act as a role model for the H&M/ COS shared values.
