E-Commerce Specialist RoA (Rest of Asia – Asia excl. Mainland China & Japan)
We are looking for a strategic, cooperative and results-oriented person to join our team as Area E-Commerce Specialist to look after multiple Asian countries (Rest of Asia – excl. Mainland China & Japan). Daniel Wellington is growing and expanding very rapidly and we are searching for someone that would like to grow together with us. We offer you a role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where everything is possible. You will be in charge of our direct to consumer ecommerce for Asian market and you report to the Regional E-Commerce Manager Asia. You will work at our head office in Asia located in Shenzhen, China.
Responsible for developing and operating ecommerce website and marketplace within the assigned Asian markets. This entails:
? Setting targets for sales, traffic and conversion rate for the local markets within the area responsibility.
? Evaluating strategic 3rd party platform and marketplaces; initiate partnerships with platforms and marketplaces.
? Suggest the product offerings, pricing and promotion tactics on both local websites and 3rd party platforms/marketplaces
? Adapting global and local campaigns to local market conditions.
? Managing activation and merchandising of products on local versions of website.
? Creating and executing business development initiatives in collaboration with departments for marketing, logistics, customer service, social marketing and IT.
? Managing local promotion and content initiatives.
? Managing local conversion optimization initiatives through AB testing, dealing with localized UX issues, shipping and payment methods etc.
? Management of local paid traffic acquisition such as ppc, affiliate and re-targeting, in close collaboration with Online Marketing manager in Sweden and Regional E-Commerce Manager Asia.
? Being main point of contact for customer service and logistics on local customer service and delivery issues.
? Doing daily analysis of sales and reporting on central KPI:s such as conversion rate, average order value and retention on the local markets.
? Assuring quality of new content and functionality on localized versions of the site.
Need to have:
? Relevant higher education (e.g. marketing, business management, economics, computer science)
? 1-2 years of work experience in online marketing or international/cross- border ecommerce
? Fluency in English and Mandarin, ability of communicating in another Asian language is a great advantage
? Knowledge of the Asian digital ecosystem
? We highly appreciate a driven and cooperative person who can take initiatives and ownership
Nice to have:
? Experience of working with a content management system (CMS)
? Experience of working on online campaigns
? Experience of working with a global consumer brand
